Twonky not visible in network

I use my MBL to stream music files via Twonky. Recently Twonky was invisible in the network although it was up and running. I suspect the recent firmware update (MyBookLive 02.43.03-022 : Core F/W) I spend  a lot of hours to solve the problem. I f.i. executed the suggestions in http://community.wd.com/t5/My-Book-Live/MBLive-2TB-Twonky-Problems/m-p/175316/highlight/true#M1643 but this didn’t succeeded as well. I even replaced my modem, This lead to a sudden succes: Twonky was available again and played well. But some hours later Twonky was invisible again. I have no options left any more. Does anyone have suggestions?

Hi Poecillia, welcome to the WD Community. Have you verified if you have any firewall or antivirus that might be blocking Twonky? If the problem continues I recommend you to contact support, you can do so by email or phone.

Virusscanner and firewall are not the problem. MBL now has a dynamic IP adres. Is it possible that a static IP adress is the solution?

Called with local support WD: Polite guy but no more offering than disable Twonky, restart server and enable Twonky again: no solution. Moreover suggestion to play viaTwonky itself with …:9000. This works, but UI without playlist functionality and next song is not usable.
