I have a Mycloud device (single harddrive 3 TB) and the Twonky app runnning. When I try to use my LG smart TV to open the Mycloud, then the wheel just keep spinning and when I go back to my computer and check the Twonky app then it does not want to show anything - I see the menu items etc, but when I click on status - it shows nothing (as with all the other menu items). I run OS5 now on it.

One may have to stop then restart the Twonky Media Server from the Twonky server administration page.
