Tv (samsung) stopped seeing the WD Mycloud as a media source

Since I updated my EX2 Ultra to MyCloud OS 5 my TV ( Samsung QE65Q67R) does not see it as a source for media (movies, photos, etc.).
Can you please try to advise me what to change or where might be the problem?

note:

• I tried factory reset of the TV and NAS … I can connect to NAS from my laptop and from the TV browser as well … if I type NAS’s IP

If you were using Twonky previously in OS3 to stream media from your EX2 Ultra, see the following WD Knowledgebase Article to ensure you have Twonky installed and configured on OS5.
