Turning libary OFF for music, but ON for photos - possible?

Is it possible to turn the media libary OFF for music, but turn it on for photos  ?

Can we put something like an  “info file not scanning” in a higher folder to avoid libary scanning ?

Backgound:

For better performance my libary is OFF.

For displaying photos over serveral folders (with sub-folders) , the libary must be set ON, right ?

So I dont want the libary for serveral folders and need a solution for that.

Right now I always change each time in the setup …

AFAIK is not supported to turning off only for specific media
