Turn off notifications for added users

Hi Everyone,
every user gets a notification when a new user is added to cloud access.
I would like to disable this, preferably in such a way that the admin does keep receiving these notifications but the rest of the users don’t.
Any way you know of realizing this? This wasn’t an issue in OS3, but surprise suprise in OS5. Currently I am running OS 5.12.108 on my 2x3TB WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra. This is a big privacy issue in my opinion.
