I have tried dozens of times to get my Western Digital Media Player to log into my RadioTime.com account. It always says wrong username or password. Yet, I use the exact same username and password to log into my RadioTime account. Any thoughts? Anyone else having this problem?

No. Thanks though. I’m keeping it as basic as I can. I did have a prexisting Tunein Account. Not sure if that has something to do with it.
Have you linked your WD player to your Radiotime account. If you log into your Radiotime account, go to My Info and link your device to the account. It should find it if you have it on and it can be discovered on your network.
You never know it may work.
