my book live duo when connected via usb to a 4tb my book essential, goes into sleep mode.   I cannot and even with tech support, figure out how to prevent the live duo from going into sleep mode when accessing, or watching a movie on the my book essential.

MBLD goes into hybernation when external 3tb drive is in use.
