Trying to sync folder from my desktop

Have a new mycloud home. Trying to sync folder from my desktop content but when right clicking with my mouse there is no option ‘sync to my cloud’, as described in manual. Anyone with any idea why that is? It worked from my second computer at home. Using same mycloud account. Thanks!
