Trying to Retrieve from WD My Passport external Drive

Trying to Retrieve from WD My Passport external Drive, but when on retrieve tab, under Backed Up Volumes, there is nothing to chose from.
i Ran diagnostics, no issues. It recognizes my drive cause in the backup tab it shows it has 232Gb on it, no more room left.
What is the issue? I am trying to retrieve to my personal laptop.

WD backup restore from another computer must be done during the initial set up wizard. If the WD Backup software is already installed then WD Backup must be uninstalled.

Also make sure the WD Backup Setup screen is not closed and Back up Files is not clicked. If the WD Backup Setup screen is closed or Backup Files is started on the new computer, the original computer backups will not be visible in WD Backup.
