I am trying to mount it in the removalable bay originally populated with a WD2502ABYS disk and I cannot get it to show in DISK Management I am running Win 7. I have had an Hitachi 1TB SATA 3.0 7200RPM drive in the slot and it has worked great. How do I get my system to recognize the WD20EZRX drive?

If the drive doesn’t show on Disk Management and on Device manager, try changing SATA Cable and power cable, if that doesn’t work you might want to try on another computer and if on the second computer doesn’t work, most likely the drive is damaged.
