Trying to connect to MY Book Live here-

I tried the 2 user names and passwords I used to login wd2go.com o.k. before but they don’t work.

What is correct username and  password do I use to get in ?

Whatever you set up when you created the share.

I used same user name & password which I created in share but it won’t let me in.

Why is that ?

I am not able to get into the folders inside the username.

Well, there is a big difference between accessing shares and accessing via mobile apps. Users have to be defined for each section.

Read the manual’s section “Setting Up Mobile Access”.
