To make a long story short, I receive a My book Office Edition T1 (WD10000H1B-00) about a year ago for Christmas, but when I came back to where i live (in Japan9, I had lost the power cord and couldn’t find it anywhere. I finally opted into buying a universal one and just tried plugging it in. the light lit up for about a second then stopped, and now there’s a clicking sound that keeps going.
Not sure what to do here so any help will do! The adapter is set positive at 12Vdc
