Trying to configure DL4100 as a NETHDD in HIKVISION DVR

Hello I have 3 days trying to connect a DL4100 and a DVR DS-7216HGHI-SH and does not work. I need some tutorial from someone that made it work or Idea for compatibility.

Also I can buy another DVR/NVR but want to be sure it will work, please give me tips

Hi adolfo1,

The DVR should work as long as the camera that you are using is compatible with the software(Milestone Arcus) provided with the My Cloud drive. You could use the links below:

Hello I could not connect the hikvision DVR but yes i can connect a camera.

Now I want to know how mucho does it cost the license for additional
cameras? I understand the DL4100 only have license for 2 cameras

Can you help with that.
