Trying to access remotely, I get a WebDAV-enabled error

The error I receive when I try to “Open in finder” is below:

"The server directory could not be mounted because it is not WebDAV-enabled or because it does not exist, or because node does not have proper access.

• Using Firefox since Chrome and Safari won’t work.

• I already upgraded to latest java update: jre-7u55-macosx-x64.dmg

• Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:27.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/27.0

I’m at my work location and trying to access MyCloud which is at my home.

Any way I can SMB into it remotely from work?

Please advise.

Yeah, I have the same error from work using Mac, but not using Windows in a virtual image on my Mac. Obviously, I solved it using Windows. On the Mac side, I end up using the WD MyCloud desktop app.

Can you visit this and tell me what you’re using?

Looking to see if you’re using the same browser(s) I’ve tried.
