Has anybody else had an issue with the latest build of WD Backup throwing an error referencing an 8-bit memory address (ie 0x00000000) when shutting down your computer? I’ve had it happen on Windows 8.1 and 10.
I’m using a Lenovo G505s with Windows 8.1 and WD Backup version 1.1.5574 to access a 1TB My Passport Ultra via USB 3.0.
This error does not affect the apps designed use, but I would imagine it has an issue with being told to shutdown by the operating system (maybe the OS bypasses some steps?).
