When I access the drive it takes about twenty seconds to spin up and I get a “not responding” message.
Is there anything I can try to fix this?

How many hard drives are installed and what is your power supply make/model/capacity?
Have you run WD Data Lifeguard diags?
I have two Vraptors and a Hitachi 2TB
PSU is a Thermaltake 850 .
I will run the WD Data Lifeguard diags
which drive is taking so long to spin up? and is it the system drive or a secondary drive?
