Trouble with setup can't access dashboard

I just got a mycloud pro pr4100. I cannot seem to access the mycloud dashboard. I have doing through both safair and chrome; I’ve utilized both mycloud.com/setup and http://mycloudpr4100.local/ ; nothing seems to work. I am able to see the pr4100 in Finder under shared network connections. I’ve waited the suggested 3-5 minutes to ensure the device is fully botted up. The blue led on the power button is solid when I try to access the dashboard. I’ve also tried doing a 40 second reset.

Mac Osx 10.10.5
Chrome (latest version)
Arris Router (time warner cable)
mycloud pr4100

Have you tried using the IP address of the drive? If not, please try that.
