Good morning all; This will be wordy…sorry. I’m totally computer illiterate. I was wanting to transfer dvd’s onto my computer.The computer pro at the local school had me buy my book esential(WDBACW0020HBK-NESN). He hooked everything up, turned it over to me. It took 7 hrs to convert a 1hr 50min movie. I’m no genius,but is this to be expected?
To be honest, I’m confused. He loaded two different “programs” WIN X HD video creator & DVD catalyst3. Are either one of these associated with WD? I don’t know what to do. I don’t have access to an online computer except for mondays and fridays. so please keep checking the thread . Thank you
