Retrived “select” files first. Didn’t find file(s) I need. Tried retrieving “all” to different folder location. Received message like “already retrieved” and “do you want to overwrite?” evn though previously retreived files are in different folder. Doesn’t make sense.
If you try to retrieve the files to the same location twice, it will ask you if you want to overwrite the first folder that you created. Just in case you can also explore the external hard drive manually and look for the folder called smartware.swstor folder and copy your files manually.
