I am having a lot of issues logging onto my WD4100.
every time I log in from my Mac I get the following message.
Error
The server encountered an unexpected error which prevented it from completing your request. Please close this window and start the sign in process again.

I can only access the WD through an app on my iPad, I have tried to login from a different mac and get the same error message. I have had the drive form several years with no problems until now. please can you help me?
