I updated my software for my passport, but the software now does not recognize the external drive. It did recognize it right before the update. Any settings I need to change, or any fixes to the problem?
markacosta, I don’t know just offhand what the issue could be for you, however, what version of the software was your update? I am running version 126.96.36.199 with my 500GB My Passport and it is working fine. In case you may have an older version than 188.8.131.52, or even not the latest version, you may want to ensure that you do have the latest/184.108.40.206.
