Trouble accessing PR4100 via Windows 10

I am running Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1 19043.1348 with OS5 on the PR4100. I can access the admin page via Chrome and change the settings. On the other hand, file explorer will open via Network - MYCLOUDPR4100 and it will show the sub-folders which I can access. But try accessing any of the sub-sub folders where the back-up’s are and I keep on getting the green pulsing line and eventually “Windows can’t access dialogue”.

Are there some FAQ’s which will delineate the exact conditions for file sharing with Windows 10 and MyCloud? What protocols have to be turned on? I haven’t found any. As well, Acronis True Image keeps on giving me errors. The edit connection works but when it comes down to actually writing the files, errors occur. I started having problems early summer with all the Windows 10 upgrades.
