Please will someone explain how I connect two mycloud ex2 ultras to my laptop. it appears I can only get one at a time to connect. The one mycloud 6tb, is connected via modem and the newer one 8tb is via cable to the laptop. I need to copy the files on the 6tb model to the 8tb model. Thank you
Do you have a Windows or Apple laptop? Do you have a Router that you can connect both devices to? How does the User Manual tell you they should be set up and connected?
Both of my WDMYCLOUDs are connected to my router, and I use drag and drop to move files. Both devices show on my network.
