I try to change setting at settings.json and after i save it …
all setting back to the default at the beginning … is there away i can overwrite the setting because the default setting are “BAD” …

I remember having this issue - you have to stop transmission first via dashboard, then edit settings, save them and enable transmission again. Give it a try.
