I just updated transmission to 1.07…been putting it off for a while. All of my torrent seeds are gone now in the app. Did the folder structure get moved or something? I had to re-do all of my settings as well. Annoying as hell.
I ended up re-downloading all of my torrents and pointing them to the completed files and then verifying all. Bit of a pain but it worked.
From now on when you update be sure to backup the entire transmission application folder (where it stores the torrent files and configs) so you can copy them back.
