Hi!
I recently bought a My Cloud EX2 and successfully set it up. My main problem is how can I upload a file from a remote computer to the NAS. My current setup is the server is housed in the Philippines and my colleague wants to upload new files on the server all the way from Australia. The My Cloud desktop app doesn’t seem to work by dragging and dropping the files if the uploaded file is from a different network.
