I was just wondering is 4mb about right?

Thats what im transfering at right now… computer > ethernet (mybook & net) > router > mybook

Thanks in advance.

Also im trying to copy files to it now and i keep getting told they can not be copied as they are in use with another program (they are not i closed utorrent).

What is the model number and operating system you are running?

Its this one here:  http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.aspx?id=280 Windows 7, gues si saw the 100mb read speed and just thought writing be as fast im guessing not though only just getting around to moving data from my mybook live (corrupting my data) to the mybook.
