Transfer rate of files, how to increase?

does anyone know how to increse transfer rate of files from computer to nas?

Every thing in home network must be at gigabit speed, meaning router, network switches, computer and NAS. Attached USB drives must be USB 3. My system is, and only then do I reach max speed of my NAS on file transfers at 113 MB/sec.
