I have 2TB of data on a WD My Passport that I need to transfer over to my new NAS WD PR2100. I’ve tried the ‘click and drag’ method, but it 1) either takes 10 minutes to transfer 1GB or 2) won’t transfer at all. What is the easiest method to transfer all of this data? When I plug the external drive directly into the NAS, it recognizes it, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to transfer all of this. Please help! Thank you
