When I transfer a jpg file from my iPhone to my cloud it changes the type of file to a HEIC file. When I transfer the same jpg from my iPad to my cloud it stays a jpg file. What settings do I need to change in my iPhone to keep a jpg while transferring to my cloud? Step by step please.
