Transfer guarantees

I bought my cloud ex2 on the second hand. Is registered on the previous owner. Can I transfer guarantees on myself ?

I don’t know about the register owner transfer. But my 1st thing to you is remember to do factory reset on that unit before you start using it.

Call WD Support see if they can help you with the owner transfer.
