Transcode DLNA video files

Have the My Cloud ex2 transcode DLNA video files to a format which can be used by the DLNA client.  This does not have to be on the fly.  It can be done by an option on the dashboard when requested.  The user should be warn that it may take time to transcode the file.

Could this be an optional paid app?

On the fly encoding would be amazing. My BluRay doesn’t support HEVC h.265 encoding, but I have a handful for files that would benefit greatly from on-the-fly transcoding. There should be the option to specify (for each device) supported formats and if the file is not one of them, transcode it to a supported format.
