Touro Desk Pro keeps dropping connection

Hi,

Since this morning, my 4TB Touro Desk Pro keeps dropping its connection with my computer.

It will disappear from File Explorer, and reappear from File Explorer.

Help appreciated,

Dropped connections do not always mean something is “broken”. Safely disconnect/remove the drive, then reboot the computer. Once computer is back up running and stable, plug the drive back into the same USB port. It may just be fine again.

Just last night, one of my PCs could not see, nor refresh, the network devices shown in File Explorer, whereas another PC could see everything. I rebooted the first PC, and all was well again.
