Toshiba Canvio Desk not visible from My Cloud EX2 Ultra

If I connect HD Toshiba Canvio Desk to the My Cloud USB port, the HD is not visible. My Cloud USB port works because if I connect a pen drive to the USB port it is perfectly visible. Firmware of My Cloud EX2 Ultra is 5.23.114. On my PC runs Windows 10 and is connected to the Lan port of a D-Link router DVA-5592
