Have 3 10 EARS & 1 20 EARS drives, I didn’t jumper pins 7&8 all drives seem to work ok. Im now finding out that I need to jumper them as im using winxp and have set up an unRAID server with 2 of the 10 EARS. Do I just go ahead and install the jumper now?? I did try jumpers on 7&8 and the computer no longer saw the drives so I took it back off and lt returned to normal. Please help as im really confused about this.
