Hi all, my apologies if this has already been covered, but I’m after some advice…
I have a Virgin Media TiVo box and their “Super Hub”, which I think is a Netgear product, and a 3TB MyCloud drive. The cloud drive is hard wired to the hub and the TiVo is connected using power line adapters.
The whole network is using DHCP addresses assigned by the hub. I would like to back up recorded video files from the TiVo to the drive, but the 2 devices don’t seem to “see” eachother.
I’m not a tech ■■■■■, but nor am I an advanced user…id be grateful for any basic instructions on how I can get files to transfer?
