TimeMachine can't complete back up in WD MyCloud

I keep getting an error saying that TimeMachine is unable to complete a back up. I addition to that I noticed that the previous backups only shows these folders. is this normal? how do I access the content of the back up if my laptop fails? These files don’t seem to be complete… way too smaill.

As a recommendation, check the settings on the Time machine backup and try setting the up the My cloud with a static ip.
