Time-Warner Cable of Syracuse recently upgraded to the Navigator software system. For a day or two after I had all my recordings, then all of a sudden they disappeared… going from 30% full to 3% full (shows recorded on the DVR before I installed the Expander remained ,) I had all kinds of good stuff recorded. Is there any way to retrieve the recordings or are the gone permanently. Very frustrating and no real good prior notice from Time-Warner .
