I’m using a WD My Book LIve to back up to, using Time Machine. I also have a WD My Book Essential drive holding the majority of my documents, music and photos. Time Machine excludes backing up the My Book Esssential Hard Drive. Can I fix this?

Time Machine is setup to backup your computer no other external sources.
You can manually backup the files on the My Book or try using another software.
