Time Machine doesn't find MyCloud

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud

MyCloud is visible and approachable in Finder, however not in Time Machine.

Already reset my MyCloud… what to do?

Since the drive is working fine and showing in finder and accessible . May be you can try contacting Apple’s Technical Support for further assistance.
