Time Machine Device Name Changes

Hello… Every few days my time machine backup for Mac stops working because the drive name for my cloud keeps changing… Usually the numeric extension changes (i.e. from .11 to .15 then to .07, etc)

Why does My Cloud do this and how can I stop it…
