Just bought the new Duo 4TB, turned on and it asked me to update firmware, which I did. I also released the RAID so I have 4TB as this will mainly be used as Time Machine back up…
Just wondering - I can see Time Machine drive from the device, but My Cloud Portal says the device is offline…? I assume I have local connection, but it’s not connecting to the remote server or something?
The LED is solid, does that mean it’s still upgrading? It’s been about an hour now…?
