Thunderbolt Duo not recognized by WD Drive Utilities

I am having the same problem also.

Is there a possibility of useing β€œdisk utility” on my iMac to change the drives to JBOD ? By passing the unworkable software that comes with this External Drive.

I was able to create a mirrored RAID using disk utility… For what it’s work. I was surprised how easy it was.

For what it’s worth, today’s update fixed the WD utility for 10.8.5.
