Thunderbolt Duo not recognized after Apple Thunderbolt Firmware Update

I have the first Thunderbolt Duo 4GB model that came out last year. Just did the Apple Thunderbolt ver 1.2 update, and now the drive is not recognized. I’ve restarted, cleared the PRAM, nothing is working. Any suggestions?
