I have a WD MyCloud 2TB drive which is loaded with many movie files MP4s and AVIshe DLNA Media server is turned on to stream the videos to my Xbox360 and my laptop. When I go to access these files the thumbnail images are all showing the same image from one of the movie files I have and also a lot of the files are showing an image from a different file, it’s really strange. The images show this way if I look at these from my laptop or my Xbox360.
I have tried the “rebuild DLNA database” option in the WDMycloud web panel and even tried deleting all the files and folders from the drive and re-copying them but this isn’t fixing the problem.
Is there a way to fix this or if not is there a way I can just disable the thumbnails all-together so they don’t show an image at all? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
