Is there a way to have a thumbnail appear for the internal drive in gallery view? Dropping a folder.jpg on the root of the drive doesn’t seem to work.

Yeah I tried it too. Wanted to use the one Tinwarble uses for his avatar but it didn’t work for me either. 
Just a strong agreement here on frustration with this issue. Sure it’s minor , but my folders look great all lined up displaying their JPGs with the exception of that one, and it always annoys me a bit when I see it.
