Does anyone know how to get thumbnail pictures displayed for movies instead of file names…my wife really struggles with the file names…Thanks!
Change the settings to THUMBNAIL MODE in the SETTINGS/VIDEO Menu.
keep them under 70kb. if you have folders and want it to be on the folder, name the .jpg to “folder” if you want it to display on the actual movie, name it exactly as the movie is.
if you are on NETWORK SHARES, the thumbnails don’t work to well to say the least… double thumbnails, no media filtering so they all show up.
hopefully a fix is on the way, or so we’ve been told. let’s keep our fingers crossed.
