I keep getting these problems.

My WD TV Gen 1 keeps having these problems.

It would work fine one minute then wouldn’t work properly the next minute.

I’m using a WD External HDD My Studio 1TB.

I made sure that it is not Journaled.

I don’t know why this is happening.

I’m not happy with this unit.

Any suggestions? Anyone?

Have you tried the firmware update?
