Bonjour,

Après déprogrammation, formatage, impossible de faire reconnaitre la nouvellle version de WD(ma nouvelle nouvelle est à jour) mais un message d’erreur de windows qu’il ne prendre en charge ce DD). Je possède un DD externe  "my passeport essential  usb 3 et  2 et malgré toutes les tentatives rien ne fonctionne ; Il n’ennregistre que “le local” et le reste rien à faire; S’il vous plaît, j’aimerais de l’aide;
