Thick bar lines appearing while playing the video from WD TV

Hai,

Sometimes, I am facing this problem while playing the video… a thick bar lines are appearing in the bottom of the screen… I am using HDMI o/p from WD TV and connected to LG 32" LCD screen…

If i switch on/off 2 or 3 times from the remote, then it will become normal…

Why this problem is happening… how to solve this??? any advice…
